Do you know how the first Triplex appeared? Very accidentally!
In 1903 the French chemist Eduard Benediktus accidentally dropped a glass flask. We really do not know how that was possible, but the flask fell from the height of 3.5 meters and did not break as it usually happened! The walls of the flask were all covered with cracks, and when the scientist strained his analytical brain he suddenly remembered that once there was NC solution in the flask.
Another two years passed by, till the chemist, after having read about a serious auto crash, remembered about his accidental discovery. It took another two years of hard, arduous work to create Triplex.
But definitely those efforts were not in vain!
